Justin came in on his day off and installed an alternator in my daughters car that had broken down far away from home. His skill and knowledge allowed my daughter to get back on the road in short order with confidence that her car would make the long journey back home. Justin was very personable and polite and gave reassurance to her in a stressful situation that made her feel like she was in good and capable hands. 5 /5 Scott Persons: I want to express my thanks to Justin and his staff for helping me out of a bind this past week. I live in Smyrna and had family in the hospital in Rome. On my way back to Summerville Wednesday night, my car began to display Engine Hot/A/C off. I called Justin the following morning and explained that i was out of town and couldnt drive my car back to Smyrna to be repaired and asked if he could take a look at it. He told me to bring it by and he would take a look at it, but it might be the first of the following week. I had no choice, so I dropped it off, and about three hours later, I got a call that my car was ready, it had a bad thermostat. Most repair shops wouldnt have done that, but they did it for me and I really appreciate their efforts and professionalism. If anyone needs auto repair in the Trion/Summerville area, I strongly recommend you go to RPF there in Summerville. Thank you again, Justin, to you and your team. Scott Persons
