5 /5 Nathan Langley: I was purchasing a used vehicle locally and Ricky and Brad took us in at 430 on a Friday to do a pre-purchase inspection. They were completely accommodating and the inspection was great with pictures and checks of the systems. I would use them as my regular mechanic if I was local. Brad even gave some pricing tips to help in negotiation with the dealer!

5 /5 Dan Murray: Overall a good experience. I needed repairs on my front suspension and my car drives much better now after they’d finished. Also they are reasonably priced and I drove away satisfied with their service when I got my car back.

1 /5 Trey Alston: It is funny how when I posted my review they took it down in September. These people are complete con-slam artists. They take advantage of people who don’t know much about cars. I went in to get the a/c on my car fixed. So the first time they worked on my car I noticed my car was making a squeaking noise. Never made that noise until their mechanic worked on it. But I was just happy to have my a/c fixed. The noise however kept bothering me. Then my a/c ran hot again. Went back to them a second time. They fixed my a/c but it still kept making that squeaking noise. Went a third time. Told me it was my serpentine belt. After that, still making the same squeaking noise. Went to them a fourth time. Still not fixed. I have spent a total of $2000 and they have not fixed the problem. Which by the way I spent most of that on my credit card because I trusted them that they was going to do me right and they didn’t. A family member of mines went to talk to them and Brad is going to lie to say that he did everything to help me and that they are not going to give me back my money. I have never met a bunch of low down people in my life. I will never ever go back to these people ever again and will tell everybody I know to not go here.

5 /5 chrisani burt: I love Ricky Jordan’s! I’ve been taking my car there for at least 3 years. This is the only reliable, kind, and trustworthy auto shop I have been to! They are never trying to create problems so you can spend more money, instead they are doing their absolute best and fostering genuine relationships with their customers which certainly has had me coming back for years, and I’m sure it’ll be the same for you!

5 /5 Natalie Hebert: My late husband’s family has been a long time customer, and I have followed their recommendation. They explain things well, and they’re clear on pricing. They do good work, and I have never felt pressured to have potentially unnecessary work/repairs done. Great local business. I never hope to need them, but I am glad we have them when we do need them! Good customer service. Communicative, polite, professional. And it’s always a good excuse to swing by Wallace Barbecue for a couple sandwiches when dropping off or picking up a vehicle.
