I needed repairs on a car I was renting, so with the car not belonging to me, it was important that he didn’t pull a no show like a few of his reviews indicated. He communicated none, but acted like it was a problem when I would call and ask for updates, even going so far as to complain to my boyfriend about me constantly asking for the updates I shouldn’t have had to ask for in the first place. I feel like the only reason things got done was because he would have had to deal with the owner of the car if he didn’t do what was needed, otherwise the customer service was absolutely awful. Learn to run a business and actually communicate with your customers instead of complaining when they ask for the updates they shouldn’t have to hassle you for anyway.
