Gerald Cummings Honest & did excellent work. I am very happy with the repairs. Just need to follow up with customer to give updates on when the car will be ready. My car was not ready as promised due to them starting the repair work late and not calling to inform me. My car sat in their shop for a couple of days before they started the repair work. I had to call to get updates.

Lb Carl Great work at a fair price. If you are one of those customers who feel entitled, you might not like them, but if you are looking for reliable repairs, at a fair price, check them out. Some of the low reviews are most likely the people service people hate to see coming. This shop has been her for at least thirty years. They would not be here that long if they were bad!

Barry Jerald I was searching for repair shops for my 2020 GT500. The A/C went out and my extended warranty company gave me a list of shops in the area. This place was not listed but I called them, and they had worked with my extended warranty company before. Brandy was very friendly and helpful with my issue. I brought my car in, gave her the warranty contract number and their customer service line and she did the rest. They diagnosed the issue and immediately got the repairs approved through my warranty company. Brandy sent me an UV light photo to show exactly where the leak on my condenser was. They had to order the new part from Ford because they were not going to put some third-party Auto Zone parts in my car. I am very thankful for that. They got my car repaired as soon as the part came in and I got my car quicker than I originally thought. The service and the friendly all get five stars. I would recommend this shop for repairs and if my car ever needs service again, I will be back. Brandy really made it easy with her dealing with the extended warranty company.

Terry Bizzell I have known Andy since he was with Reid down the street. He replaced the distributor on my ‘73 Plymouth Duster and also fixed rocker arm. Very highly rated technician, one of the best in this area. And might I add, extremely competitive on price for work.

Tiffany Stoney I’ve been taking my car to Metro Auto Services since last August for oil changes and repairs. Mr. Thomas and his team does a wonderful job. They are friendly and they are knowledgeable on all parts of your car. My coworker referred me to them and I highly recommend. Their prices are very reasonable, especially if you own a Lexus and do not want to pay the dealership costs with low quality repairs. Car repairs and oil changes have been really quick but with quality. I highly recommend.
