My in-laws have always gone to RPM for their car repairs, and when my Corolla wouldn’t start they recommended I take my car there. I had to wait a few days for an appointment, but they looked at it a few hours earlier than my appointment time and called me to update me ASAP. They managed to get the car started and while they couldn’t diagnose the issue (we both agreed it was a weird fluke), they assured me my car was in good shape and only recommended a few small maintenance services unrelated to the issue. I mentioned I was planning on selling the car this month, and they said there was no need to even do the services they mentioned (so refreshing to have a mechanic not push hard to get unnecessary services). When I got there I was expecting to pay for an hour of labor at least, but there was no cost!
TL;DR quick and transparent service, communicative staff, RPM will DEFINITELY be my go-to shop for all future repairs!
