5 /5 Aspen Sorensen: Holy Store Manager, Batman!!! Pauline is the probably the best Store Manager for a retail store! I’ve been shopping consistently at different Sally’s locations in both Colorado and Georgia, and no one EVER told me about the Rewards program, until Pauline. Come to find out, I’ve been getting free product rewards via email for years and never knew it! Now, I go into the store more often because I want to spend my reward before it expires, and usually always end up finding something to purchase. Thanks, Pauline, for being the best Manager ever!!!

5 /5 Larry Hamilton: The best customer service that I have had since Covid. Ms. Karen is amazing. She welcomed me, assisted me, and walked me through. To add to it, she was knowledgeable about the inventory and was even sharing her experience as well as asked my opinion. She showed me options and pretty much was the nicest person I encountered in the past two weeks. I wish there was someone like her everywhere that I do business. After my encounter at Comcast yesterday, she was such a warm wake up that some places still care about their customers. She deserves more stars but 5 is the max!

5 /5 Diana Youles: I have to say that Sally’s in Brunswick is such a refreshing experience, they are so pleasant, friendly and most of all wants to help you. I live in Savannah and in knoW way can you compare the service as well as personnel or friendliness. It would almost be worth driving from Savannah to Brunswick to shop at the Brunswick store. The associate this morning was danesha, what a ray of sunshine she was.
