1 /5 Bri R: Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you. I had a horrible experience at this salon. I went in to get an all over light brown color. Immediately after I got off the shampoo bowl I asked the stylist if she was going to tone my hair, as my roots looked orange/red, she said no, to just trust her. After we finished, my hair still looked orange and i told her my concerns and she stated that it would fade. I trusted her, however, I called her back as I couldn’t stand looking at my hair. When we spoke, she got very upset talking about something going on in her personal life. I get it, however personal and work should be separated. I told the owner that I did not feel comfortable returning due to the conversation the stylist and I had. I also did not trust anyone at her salon to touch my hair again. I requested that would like my money back instead. Did not happen as she stated they have a no refunds policy , that they had years of experience, and that I was warned about the red orange and gold tones prior to service, which is a lie. I was never advised of this otherwise I would not have gone through with the service. They are not truthful and seems like they only care about your money. I did get a second opinion on my hair and stated that it would not have faded and had to be toned darker, which further confirmed to me that the stylist either did not know what she was doing or simply lied to get me out of there as it was already closing time, or both… Beware, as no one should feel uncomfortable and the same way that I currently do after getting my hair done.
