Mierzwa Joan (Joanie) This is the most honest car repair shop that I have used since moving to Columbus 4 years ago. We used numerous shops off of here that were recommended to us but its either they overcharged or told us that there were things wrong that were in sound running condition. Once I changed to this car repair shop, I can drop off my car and not have to worry about being taken advantage of or the the work not being done properly. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

Melissa Sullivan I recently visited Pro Motors and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The professionalism displayed by the staff was second to none—they were punctual, transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was addressed. I went to other auto repair shops including the dealership for my check engine light and no one could tell me what was going on with my car. It was not until I went to Pro Motors that I was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed. Customer service was excellent! Brittany at the front desk was so amazing at keeping me in the loop that I ended up bring her a handwritten thank you note. The entire shop showed me nothing but kindness. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of top-notch service and expertise.

Andrew Chalmers We ended up working with Sherman‘s automotive to have our Honda Odyssey looked at. We had been having some bad issues with the engine. At the end of the day, we did not end up having them replace our engine, but they were so hopeful and helping us assess the issue and make a final decision.
