It was stressful, but luckily we were just one exit away from Simpson Reliable Automotive in Cartersville, GA. My husband called Josh, and we were relieved when he told us to come right in, even though it was getting late. Josh and his team jumped into action, replacing the water pump and thermostat quickly. Within two hours, we were back on the road, and our trip was saved! The service was outstanding--quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Its clear these guys know what theyre doing and genuinely care about their customers. If you ever find yourself in need of auto repairs, I cant recommend Simpson Reliable Automotive enough. Great service, fair prices, and good people. Thank you for helping us continue our journey!

5 /5 Joseph Stringer: Josh has always taken care of me. He has worked on my sons car, my truck my wifes car, and my work vans. Hes always been upfront wbout the price, and fixed the issues ive had. He has also always had the best rates. No matter what line of business youre in youre always going to have some people you cant make happy no matter what.

Thank goodness this auto shop was open on Sunday and they were able to see us on such short notice. Fixed us up and got us on the road quick and in better shape than we were before. They will definitely be our first call if we need any more maintenance in the future.
