I had to call back to get the name of the braider recommended & since it took to long ( the recommender was at work) I called back to schedule anyway and was told 8am was gone to come at 11am. I called to confirm pricing with supplying my own hair & was asked to come at Noon (12p) I said ok. I went shopping at Ross and got back across the street approximately 11:40. & the 4-5 Braiders busy & after going back & forth, I was asked to come back at 2pm. I said I will reschedule at a later date. Of course, I received a call @ then a text so an apology to come back with a 20min wait & someone will start on my hair. I’m in traffic now…so I said No worries, I’m on the highway. Time management is important. Will I schedule again? More than likely I will not. I’m flexible but 11a to 12 to 2pm was a bit much. I appreciate the attempt to “fit” me in. Guess I was to anxious to get my hair braided clearly that was a sign lol. I’ll book online with Majestic in Solar Salon near Sam’s Club.

1 /5 India A. Holsey: My experience was horrible. I wasted gas going to the shop to get my hair braided. I was completely stood up by one of the braiders and she never explained to me why…I would never recommend this place to anyone they are extremely unprofessional.

I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a professional and personalized service environment. I have gotten various styles such as braids, blowouts, and most recently a relaxer. I’ve never had a bad experience and truly commend both stylists for their exceptional customer service. The high level of care that they extend to each client is unmatched. Book with them now! You won’t be disappointed!
