1 /5 Jakeria Penn: I will NEVER use these rude , racist people again ! I hate I ever brung my car to them . I dropped my car off on Wednesday night I called Thursday to see the status of my car yes i understand that mechanics get busy but reassurance shouldn’t be a problem , I was told they couldn’t even look at my car till Friday if they had time , Friday I had to keep calling just for them to update me that my alternator had went out , and for them to ignore my calls and text for the rest of the weekend ! Monday I received a text back from the text I sent Friday. Tuesday my car was ready I called to see if they took checks the person on the phone said yes I verified what type of check he said yes . When I get there the man seen who I was and refused to take my check we literally had a screaming match and I was told to get somebody else to come get my car , the screaming match continued and I paid he slung me my card and receipt and I then left ! My car is running good for now I hope I don’t have any issues cause I would hate to go back here .

They went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix my vehicle and make sure we were very well taken care of, for a very affordable price! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone I know & I am definitely a lifelong customer. ☺️

5 /5 Jeigh Bird: The air conditioning stopped working in my car, so I went to Smith Auto for a diagnostic. We were trying to decide when they had time and when I had time and then suddenly the owner (?) just said wait a minute. They did it right that minute. I didn’t even have to move my car. They brought the machine out to me! Talk about service! I took it back the next morning to be fixed and drove away with ice cold air early in the afternoon. They were fast, precise and didn’t break the bank. They were also all very kind and personable. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who needs something done!

1 /5 Jessica Eden: I’ll never use them again I said this before and tried giving them another chance they looked at my car for four hours and claimed they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it and I told them the issues it had they then messed it up more and said my oil was pouring out but it wasn’t doing that when it was towed to them and they said I was already at a 1000 for looking at it but yet couldn’t tell me what was wrong I think not they are a rip off and I know it is cause I don’t have a warranty anymore and I’m also a female they are also rude and disrespectful
