5 /5 asia brown: Someone hit my car and knocked my front bumper off. Took my car to 301 after another shop couldn’t get me on their schedule for a couple of weeks. Let me tell you after contacting the office they had my car in their shop the same day and kept me updated. It took 2 weeks due to parts not coming in time no fault to the shop of course. But the work speaks for itself! You need work schedule it here NOW! You won’t be disappointed!!

5 /5 Michael Ray: hey everybody, I happened to read some of these comments and I want to pick some of my two cents in it. I have used this body shop for years most recently last year. and some of the stuff is saying on here is not totally true. For instance, its not always them. holding on to your car is either the insurance company or parts issue which a lot of people know since 2020. some things its hard to get or takes a long time to get, especially if its like a brand new car. My issue was this last time was going back and forth with the insurance company. then you have customers that gets angry and this want to vent in the wrong way and bad mouth. somebody thinking that they going to hurt them that way. What Im trying to say is take every comments you see on here or anywhere else as a grain of salt. do your own research before you listen to other people

1 /5 Quashanda Huff: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If your insurance refers you here, find somewhere ANYWHERE else. My girlfriend has experienced problem after problem since we have been dealing with them. We were in a wreck on January 13. They told us they would not be able to service us until February 12. We took the appointment, dropped the car off. This was a Monday. They called on February 15 and said it’ll be ready that next Friday (2/24). From that day on, they pushed the date further and further back the day before pickup everytime. When we finally got the car back after a month from the original date, the car was creaking, and the trunk wasn’t closing. They were friendly about getting it back in, but every conversation we have on the phone is not reality. AVOID THE HEADACHE. JUST RUN.

1 /5 Shon Wilson: My experience was horrible . The shop took my truck apart and could not put it back together. I came 4 times to pick up the truck only to realize it was different issues each time. I talked to the owner and he did not want to take responsibility each time but thank God for Progressive Insurance Company they got right on the case and made him cover it. I dont not recommend this body shop at all. The ladies in the front desk were great just to work wasnt great.
