They were already closed, so I left it in the parking lot. My assistant called their office the next morning around 7:30 a.m. and explained the situation. After diagnosing the problems and giving us an estimate to replace the starter and power steering line, we left the car another day, as the parts were due to arrive early the next morning. By noon the next day, we picked up the car, paid the exact amount of the estimate, and drove away. The car was repaired perfectly. Everyone at Southside was professional, friendly, polite, and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would do for a fair price. I highly recommend Southside Service Center.
