5 /5 Les Anderson: Tika did a fantastic job. She spent nearly 2 hours chatting with me about men, work, life, everything. I told her about my bad experiences at other salons and she reassured me that I’d have a good experience with her kind words. I changed my nail color five times and she was very understanding. In the end you get what you pay for. Best nail tech I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!

1 /5 Melanie May: My hair looks great do not get me wrong, but my stylist Jessie is horribly inconsiderate. I shouldnt have to ask for dye to removed from my face and neck. I shouldnt have to beg to have hair blow dried off my face within a timely manner. She was quite aggressive at the wash bowl with my neck and just handling me in general. This is my first time I have had this issue with her unfortunately. She also complained and huffed and puffed about me moving too much instead of kindly reminding me. Keep her happy you are in the clear but piss her off unintentionally and the entire service experience is a 360° turn... Again the hair looks great but the experience should matter too. Thoroughly unhappy with my experience and lack of customer consideration but at least my hair is cute now.
