Kernie and Martin were phenomenal — not only did they handle the repair with care and precision, but they also dealt directly with my warranty company to secure the coverage I needed. Their patience, transparency, and dedication saved me a massive expense. I’m moving soon, but honestly, I’d still make the drive just to work with them again. Highly recommend.

I originally had my car towed to this Precision Tune because it was close to where i lived and I could walk up to get my car if necessary. Now that ive been there, I cant imagine bringing my car anywhere else. Ariana Varney Went in with diagnostic report for my transmission from a big chain auto shop, quoting me an absurd price. Hedricks took a look and not only told me that a major part of the report was wrong, but the parts that were correct could be done for about half the price. Got my car back today and it runs like its brand new! I know nothing about cars, and I cant hide that very well. That chain shop was ready and raring to take advantage of that fact. Hedricks chose not to. Ill be going back for my routine maintenance for as long as I live here.
