Definitely I could tell that this shop needs to be re-managed unless they’re gonna be ripping off drivers overcharging them. Definitely not my shop to go back. I fix my truck at home in charlotte for half the price. I sat there in the lobby for four hours, no customers walking in. But all I saw a front desk person going to vending machine and back, the manager, and a parts guy. I understand they all have to eat. I think for the owner to strive with this garage, he needs to cut down the staff, lower the price, and maybe roll up the sleeves and work himself to survive.
