5 /5 David: Recently had a problem with my 2009 Escape, a sudden engine rattle and Check Engine light just as I pulled into my garage. Tower isn’t open on weekends, but when I called them Monday morning they scheduled me in for later that day as soon as I could get it towed in. The tow truck driver approved of my choice for service as well. Im very pleased with how quickly they diagnosed the problem and fixed the water pump by Tuesday afternoon. They also ran checks following the repair to make certain there wasn’t any internal damage. When they called to say the car was ready, they sent an employee to give me a ride to the shop--i forget the guys name, but we had a fun conversation on the way! Another thing important to me is the new online system for communicating the problem, diagnosis, and repair estimate. Very nice! Well done.

It was my first time here, They fixed my car quickly and professionally—and to my surprise, They didn’t even charge me for the repair. since the repairs were minimal. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, honest, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled people for their car. The biggest thing that stood out for me is that they were genuinely concerned about our safety after inspecting my car and they were honest about it. They provided a quote for the repairs and then did everything they could to help lower the cost and help me prioritize what needed to be done before anything else and what could wait a little longer. I felt heard, I felt like their cared and weren’t just trying to take our money. Thank you to everyone that helped us!
