Especially since my favorite mechanic/customer service/manager started working there. I will follow him wherever he goes. He’s the BEST and I trust him! Now about True Automotive, everyone was so friendly from the time I walked in the door. I can immediately see that this was a well established automotive business with knowledgeable staff. And I believe they are true and honest about your repairs. The atmosphere was very nice and the waiting area was nicely designed. I didn’t mind waiting for my vehicle. 5 /5 Talina Brady: The moment I walked in the door felt different than all other mechanic ships and dealerships. A gentleman greeted me right away and got me checked in. They took my car back for an oil service and also brought to my attention a few safety concerns for my vehicle. I got one of them fixed and they saved the other repairs for a later date. My experience from the front office staff to the tech in the back that walked me through the issues with my car was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They are a TRUEly amazing experience!!!

Last week as I started my commute home, one of my door sensors insisted one of my doors was open despite opening and closing all of them. I called them to see if I could stop there on my way home even though my GPS said I would get there 15 minutes before closing. I was told "no problem, I will wait for you." Not only was he patient with me, he found the problem in under 5 minutes, and had me on the way!
