1 /5 noonooshK: Disappointment. I have been going to that location for over 7 yrs.
Never had an issue. But lately, management must have went through some changes because the service provided got really bad.
And the wait time to speak to a staff member at the counter has tremendously increased. I had to ask if they changed managers and indeed they did. The new manager N. has not been doing a great job. Losing a long time customer due to bad service happening twice consecutively.
Last time i had an oil change, my car still was at 60% when i suddenly ran out of oil. Never happened before. I still hadn’t reached the recommended mileage or date for oil change. Actually, i drove less than usual because i took a week of vacation and didn’t leave the house.
Went again for an oil change (i believe in second chances). Stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone.
Someone finally walked in at 12:45 (15 min after i waited), just to tell me the cut off time is 12:40 and they close at 1pm. Well, if you had showed up when i arrived, that wouldn’t have been an issue.
Or at least if you did it on purpose, and just didn’t want to add another car as you will soon be closing, don’t let me stand there 15 min wasting time, just come out and tell me you would rather cut off 30 min earlier today, so i would have left.
Not going back. New management needs to do better.
