From my initial contact, to their clear and detailed review of the cars issues, options and costs to the actual repairs, car pick-up, and explanation of final costs, Volmaz team demonstrated the highest level of responsive customer-centric service. I have a 2016 Volvo XC90 - with only 26,000 miles - and over the 9 years there have been too many problems - in addressing the problems with the car, including recalls, and regular required maintenance - the dealers service was not one tenth of what I received from Volmaz. I actually dreaded going back to the dealer and reached out to Volmaz. I kick myself from not making the change to them years ago. I will be back to them for regular maintenance and when problems arise. Without hesitation or reservations, I recommend Volmaz!
