5 /5 C G: Great customer service from moment I arrived at the office. My dentist has been Dr. Katz for a number of years and his practice is combining with The Walker group. The front office was welcoming and well organized. My technician has been with The Walker Group. She was wonderful. She explained every step in the process of examining my teeth, mouth, and gums. I felt very reassured about my dental care with the combined practices.I was able to see Dr. Katz and also meet Dr. Walker. I am pleased with the appointment, the service, the knowledge and communication of all involved in my visit. Highly recommend Dr. Katz and the Walker Group on Northside in Macon.

5 /5 Penelope Stanescu: Awesome experience. The hygienist was friendly and thoughtful. A kind dental experience? Yes! The dentist himself had a lovely "bedside manner." They explained things repeatedly until I understood completely. The receptionist had to teach me something, and she acted like it wasnt annoying for me to come in and ask for answers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It was nice to hear that he merged with the Walker Dental Group. Melody did a great job cleaning my teeth and explained everything about the condition of my teeth. Dr. Walker is extremely friendly and gives you a thorough exam as well. I highly recommend this Dental Group.
