It was taking a little longer than usual so their service Manager made sure I had a nice loaner. The best customer service in the Service Department ! Paid 400 for a non fix and diagnosis at another dealership. Took it to them and actually got the fix done under warranty for just a little more . I will buy ALL my vehicles here just based on customer care after the sale .

Tammy Smith My tires were in bad shape so we started checking around for tire prices. My husband found me some tires but they were still rather expensive. I had him check in Baxley and Appling Tire was $400 cheaper for the same tires. We had them order them. They came in. I had an appointment but my husband thought I should get them on sooner so he stopped by to see if we could. They could. It took maybe 45 minutes but we did get all tires mounted and balanced. Wonderful group of people. I recommend you try them.
Fritz Bennett My son, Ethan is in the military. His truck broke down in Baxley ga.Donnie Lewis tire & brakes towed his truck. Put all new calibers and rotors and brakes on my sons vehicle at a great price,. Very proud to find Somebody That is honest in business.!!!

Rebecca Barrett Our van broke down in Baxley when we came down for an event, so we had it towed to Livingstons that night. We called right before they opened to explain the situation and to see how they could help us. The lady we spoke with was so nice and compassionate to our situation, as we were stranded 5 hours from home. They called back quickly with the problem (bad battery) and replaced it for us at a reasonable price. We are so thankful that they got our van fixed so quickly and efficiently. Cannot recommend this place enough
