5 /5 Ron Barksdale: I have been taking my company truck to Yancey for over 5 years, and I have never, EVER, witnessed anything from them that was not pleasant, friendly, helpful, cheerful, fast, highly competent, and honest. These are qualities that you simply do not find in the auto service industry. Typically dealing with car issues and mechanics is something you dread and try to avoid, but I can honestly say I look forward to seeing these folks and entrusting my truck to them. Donna and Bill are the absolute best!

5 /5 Brad Campen: If I could, I would give Yancey Tire 100 stars! These folks are nothing less than the greatest people you could ever have work on your car. We were traveling on I75 and had a tire issue that was making our SUV shake like Elvis! We stopped at Yancy and David helped us immediately..He got us back on the road safely as quick as possible and I’m so grateful that we ended up stopping there. I wish we lived in Macon so we could go to them for all of our Tire and auto repair! The lady that works in the office was so great too! These folks are the best!

5 /5 Theresa Leister: Great place! Driving through and had a leaky valve stem so were riding on our spare with 300+ miles still to go. They stopped what they were doing to repair the tire and were super friendly! If you need help, these guys are great!

5 /5 Lisa Douglas: We evacuated to the Macon area for Hurricane Milton, but there was not enough time to get our cars oil changed in time. While we were safely out of the storms path we took our fav old Honda in for an oil change. Yancey could not be more helpful by squeezing us in and taking care of us promptly. They were so kind and gracious. They really seem to care about their customers! Thank you Yancey Tire and Auto for keeping us safe and our car working at such an important time!

Straight to the point, Ms. Donna is a gem and shes very cool. I will continue to take my cars there for extremely, knowledgeable professional service!
