S J Terrible customer service. Waste of time to call admissions or financial aid because you will be put on hold for over 1 to 2 hours, I had to hang up the phone and call back. Finally got admissions after two hours, gave me wrong information, transfer me to Financial aid, am still on hold whiles typing this review. Just uselessness. Student are spending hard cash on student loans and stuff, but cannot get prompt assistance, please provide better customer service. Please, Hire more staff to handle calls. Just disrespectful.

Sarah Rutledge Good luck getting any help regarding financial aid . The department ignores you and they don’t care . I’ve went up to the school , called the school , submitted tickets with the help desk , reached out to director of financial aid and even the Dean of students . For four months I’ve been working to resolve my issue and school starts soon and I’ve gotten nowhere .
