Top Rated 8 University in McDonough, GA - A Smart Choice for the Future

T D Honestly getting in touch with anyone via phone or email is impossible here! You go to the school the office is always closed and good luck even finding anyone to speak to in the hallways! Is this school really receiving funds and whatever other assistance to be considered a school ? Shut it down look at the reviews.

L The building looks nice from the outside but that is it. This campus has no staff. It is mostly an empty building. They do not have vital things needed when you are a student at the school. For example they do not have anyone you can speak to for student affairs. They do not answer the phones. They have ONE lady who is in the advisement office who is rude and short with her answers. This location is a disappointment. Expect to have to drive to the Griffin campus if you actually want to speak to someone. Imagine driving all the way to this campus to speak to someone and then being told you have to then drive to Griffin. Such a waste of time. It makes me wonder where all the thousands of dollars being paid to the school for classes is going….

DIYwithNelly Its upsetting that Ive called multiple days and hours all campuses and no one has returned my calls or emails. I had high hopes for this school.

T B Nice I have to drop another star from this school due to the issues that I encountered after being approved for graduation and walking across the stage. After everything was approved and I have the documentation stating that I only required an elective and an internship during the summer, the university tried to hold my diploma by claiming I needed to complete 3 additional classes. After showing them my Audit that they signed and approved stating that I satisfied my requirements they had no choice but to release my diploma. I was not the only student that experienced this problem. Stressful and sad! I would have given the school 5 stars but i always have issues with one advisor, Dr. Hamilton. He has poor customer service, for the amount of money you pay for tuition, you would think they would fix that issue.

Latasha Bush I wanted to like this school, but I believe they are understaffed and no one communicates. I can never get the help I need and I honestly regret going here.

Kyle Fry Went here from January 2018 to May 2020 and even served as the student assistant. A great satellite location for Gordon State in Barnesville! The faculty and staff are friendly and always willing to help and the student life is abundant. I highly recommend this to any college student wanting to stay closer to home or to any dual enrollment student wanting to get a feel for college classes!
