1 /5 Eli Diaz: Horrible I took my car for a tune up oil change they charged me 1,600 dollars. Super over priced for everything! They said I needed manifold gaskets coils and none of it was changed. I went to another mechanic I ended up getting a whole new manifold because they broke my old one. They are a rip off and I do not recommend at all but if you go ask them to show you the new parts and old parts and check oil levels before you go.

1 /5 Veronica Nerid: I gave this auto shop a chance based on a high recommendation. Dropping off the vehicle was smooth, I called the same day to provide warranty info the person on the phone said they had it. I get a call maybe an hour or two later asking for the warranty info. I was told over the phone I had a timing chain issue. The vehicle did not have the check engine light on when I took it. I was advised my vehicle will take a week it took two. I called Monday they said my care will be ready Tuesday, Tuesday I receive a call that I need valve covers the day Im suppose to pick up the car. I declined the valve covers it was an additional 300 then spark plugs 120. They said ok your car will be ready Wednesday then Thursday then Friday finally Saturday came Labor day weekend. The car was "ready". Picked up paid test drove check engine light on airbag light on and car sounds worse then when I took it. I called to take it back but had a bad feeling, I will take it where I usually go its an hour drive but worth it. This experience was horrendous. The communication is terrible the way that I was treated was unacceptable. Save your time and money go to the dealership. May pay a bit more but you save yourself the hassle. I tried to support local shop, not worth it.

5 /5 Deidra: Jim and the whole shop is always trustworthy and top-notch. Hes an honest owner and never let us down with either of our vehicles. Always prompt communication and service. Definitely recommend to anyone.

5 /5 Joey Tepper: Jim always gives me the best advice and always tries to get the best price possible. He is realistic and will always take the time to explain everything to me. Ive gone to him for the last four years and if I ever move, I will come back to him.

3 /5 Deja Bown: My experience over all with this company was very unprofessional. The owner told me my repairs were going to be done professionally and that’s why the price for my specific repair was so high . I was lied too . After picking up my car I realized my car was Squeaking and i called the shop back to let them know . They told me to bring my car in Sat. and that one Sat . turned into 3 Sat. back to back . One month later and my car is still Squeaking and i’m still trying to get it fixed by them.
