Erik C Top notch! My truck received damage to the back driver side door, and the side frame. The quality of work is fantastic. But what makes this a 5-star review is the customer service. There was a slight issue to the inside of my truck after I picked up my vehicle. I called and the manager rectified the situation and apologized. The manager did not make excuses for the issue and instead recognized the area of improvement for future customers. We were able to come to a resolution. We got stuck in Quincy on Memorial Day weekend at 2:00 on a Friday with a brokeb strut pulling a trailer trying to move my daughter into her new apartment in Minisota. chad roberts Ryan got me out of a no win situation, with hardly any damage, which I was aware and expected more…muffler hanger was it. Can’t recommend enough! This was on a Saturday no less. From my initial call to being pulled out was less than 2 hrs.
