Isabella Bravo Jonathan at Lincoln Park Auto Service is a lifesaver! I came in last minute needing help, and he didn’t hesitate to fit me in. Not only did they take care of my car right away, but Jonathan even went out of his way to move my car out of the street so I wouldn’t get a ticket. That kind of service is so rare these days! The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. On top of that, their prices are super fair—no upselling or surprise charges, just honest work at a great value. Gabrielle Musacchio As a first time customer, I was impressed with the swiftness and ease of scheduling services, follow-up with work analysis, pricing, and timeliness of work! It is not often places are extremely efficient, honest, and reasonable, (and do good work!). The customer service was fantastic; Charlie and George were not only kind and personable, but also very knowledgeable. Charlie was great at walking through service analysis, pricing, as well as triage for urgent concerns. Given the work needed, prices were reasonable and completed same day! I will definitely return to this auto shop for any additional services and recommend this place, especially if you work with Charlie or George!

Alyssa Hayden I’ve been taking our van to North Park Auto for years, and I’ve always appreciated their work and reasonable prices. A word about their honesty: I had taken our van to get an oil change at a place that rhymes with Liffy Jube. Liffy Jube insisted my rear breaks needed to be changed immediately, and obviously offered to do them for me. I didn’t have time then (and generally don’t trust Liffy Jube for more than oil changes), and wanted to see what North Park quoted. I called North Park and their quote was comparable. After I dropped my car off at North Park, North Park called after looking at my van and said my breaks were fine, and didn’t need work after all, saving me hundreds in unnecessary maintenance. Needless to say, I’ll probably start taking my van to North Park for oil changes now too on principle.

Lauren Meyer My car broke down due to a suspected alternator fail. Division Auto Clinic quoted me nearly half of what my dealership quoted me. Even though Milton was out of the shop that week, he was very responsive to my calls and texts. When I arrived to pick up my car, my battery light came on. Milton’s dad (I wasn’t able to get his name) was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience and said he would get it fixed right away. I am extremely grateful that Division Auto Clinic holds their work to a high standard for satisfied customers. I have found my new local mechanic!

Chris Napolitano ive been comng here for at least ten years for all variety of mechanical issues and they have never dissapointed. i drive old difficult to deal with midwestern rust buckets and i always drive away with the problem fixed FOR GOOD feeling like my car is new again. marvin and his guys have always done very thorough work. his wife works the counter and she is as knowledgeable as any mechanic too. they have proven themselves to me and i trust them and their prices are always fair. i know its a lot of words but i really do appreciate this auto shop and the hard working people behind it.

Kristin Ferguson I’d give them more than 5 starts if I could. On the hottest day of the summer, my car overheated and needed a tow. It was nearing their closing time, so they instructed me where to park and leave the keys. They diagnosed quickly, got the parts very fast, and had it done earlier than expected. They communicated every step of the way, and charged an extremely fair price. You can tell they are professionals who have been in the business a long time. I’ll come here for all future needs, and I recommend them a million times over!

I’ve gotten both my tire rim fixed and AC repaired here on separate occasions and every time they were quick, communicative, and kind. Hard to find a place like this in Chicago, I trust them to do a great job at a reasonable price.

Adeline Williams E & J Auto Service is a hidden gem in the city. Took my car in for a brake job and oil change. They were upfront with pricing, no surprises. The staff is friendly, and they even sent me a detailed inspection report via text. Got my car back the next day, running like new. If youre looking for honest, reliable service, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
