Nathan Sheets My family and I were traveling through Chicago to meet friends on the Northside when our minivan began to overheat. We quickly found Quick and Fair, and pulled in. Deia quickly greeted us, diagnosed the issue and began the repair (which was simple, thankfully). Even though he/they were swamped, he took time to be careful with our vehicle (which was wonderful given our two small children were in the car, and it was one of the hottest days of the year). We were back on the road within an hour and he only charged for an hour of labor. We were extremely grateful. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood, and will tell friends at the U. of Chicago to seek them out as well. Thank you!

These have included a complete new engine install, New 4wd Axle replacement, Brakes, and a Starter amongst other reg maintenance items such as AC Recharge and Oil changes on my Chevy Suburban Z71. The service was both Friendly, Understanding and Extremely Well priced. I will always return here as they really go the extra mile to make sure I am completely HAPPY. Besides the fact that they are a Local Neighborhood Business. Please ignore the Competitors Troll account Negative Posts on here as I find that such a Sad Tactic.If your business was a good one you wouldnt need to make fake accounts. Dan Melissa was amazing! She kept me in the loop the whole time and made the process super easy. You can tell she really cares about the customers. The mechanics here aren’t just part changers. They actually know what they’re doing and take the time to do the job right. You don’t see that everywhere. They went above and beyond my car now drives better than it did when it was brand new.

Grace Francisco and his team were amazing. They did a great job fixing my tire (even fixed the passenger side bearing for free) and gave me a wash for free also. Francisco did his best to give me his best price and offered me a discount off my next service. They worked promptly to get me back on the road. I definitely recommend.

Zach Day Eliot’s was great to work with - timely and fairly priced. I typically do all my own work on my car and brought the right parts with me for installation. Eliot’s team did the labor and installed everything to get me back up and running!

Rachel Waid Ed and his team are kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. There is no charge unless there’s work done. I often feel nervous since my car knowledge is lacking, but found this shop through a Chicago Girls’ Group, and definitely will bring my car back for any future needs!

Nick Lapsa My Mustang was involved in an accident where it got hit on the quarter panel. Since I took so long to find a shop to get the repairs done my drive shaft broke on me and the car wasnt able to be driven. A buddy of mine suggested me going to take it to 22 auto repairs to get the damages taken care of. I got my Mustang towed over there and was greeted by Jason, he explained to me the process of how the repairs are gonna go as well as getting the estimate done with my insurance as far as the accident, and then the drive shaft he gave me a price to repair that as well which was paid out of pocket. He got the estimate within the next day and was already able to begin working on my car, he kept me updated with what was being taken care of and giving me the closest amount of time it was going to take to get the job done. They got it done super quick, I also had some scratches on the front panel(no before pictures) but they were able to take care of that as well for me at an additional charge. Overall they made it look like nothing ever happened to the car, and a new drive shaft was put in making the car drive smooth as if it was brand new, great service, great communication, great work, and just about perfect as can be. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone getting any mechanical or body work done to there car!!-Nicolas Lapsa
