5 /5 Penny Lentz: Auto repair specialist stands behind their work. When I went to and had my oil changed I told them that my car was leaking oil. They found that the oil plug/seal was damaged so they replaced it. Unfortunately my oil leak got worse. Tim got me in the next week and they changed the seal to a different kind and it has been perfect ever since. They didn’t charge me for the second trip. I have found them to be honest and I trust them working on my Audi.

5 /5 Ashok Ramji: If you need an honest mechanic in the greater Rockford area, this is the shop! Being affiliated with NAPA and AAA checked a lot of boxes for me going into the store. The work they did was first-rate. Use of a loaner car super helpful. When I got on the road and needed follow-up on work already done, the owner Dave was extremely accessible and helpful. I made a point to to thank him for taking such good care of my car and treating me so respectfully well after the initial service had been done. I heartily recommend.
