With each repair I have been informed in a timely manner what is going on with the car and taken back to the shop to have the repair explained to me. The personal service and quality work is why I will keep coming back for any future service needed on my Mercedes.

5 /5 Eric Person: Yesterday, while I was transporting the StoryBus for a Chicago-based nonprofit organization, I encountered some issues with starting the engine. I reached out to several local shops in search of a mobile mechanic who could assist, but I was unable to find anyone available to help. Eventually, I contacted Autobahn Automotive Services and explained the situation to Ryan. Within 15 minutes, he and a team member arrived on-site to help me even though they do not usually offer mobile assistance. They discovered that a battery terminal was loose and that the StoryBus needed a jump. Ryan used his mobile power pack to jump-start the vehicle and get us back on the road. In addition to their prompt and effective assistance, they did not charge our organization for their services, as they wanted to ensure that the StoryBus could still visit the students at their summer camp! Autobahn Automotive truly saved the day for me and over a hundred children eagerly awaiting the StoryBus. I am immensely grateful for their kindness and support!
