5 /5 Nathan Tomkowiak: Absolute incredible staff here. From the second I walked in to leaving with my keys in my hand everyone at Bartel’s was amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful, and informative. They gave me a free look over my vehicle and even brought me out to the shop floor to see what issues were at hand regarding my vehicle. These people are professionals. The mechanic I talked with showed me incredible knowledge over my vehicle and the market. Gave me quote that was way better then what the dealership offered me while still providing an excellent service. Will definitely be coming back!!

You will be impressed with their professionalism, and their willingness to help the customer. Water, coffee, snacks and offering a shuttle to work or home made my life way easier.

5 /5 Marie Gwin: I’ve been passing by Bartel’s in Carol Stream for many years but for some reason never took my car there for service until recently. I highly recommend them! I was able to easily schedule a next day appointment online during a holiday weekend for a Sunday appointment and from the moment we walked in it was a great experience. Tim was very helpful explaining what they were going to do including a free safety inspection. Prices were reasonable and service from everyone was excellent. My favorite part of the experience is that the safety check gave me peace of mind and they did not try to “up sell” me on things my vehicle didn’t need. They just earned us as a new client.
