5 /5 Benjamin Huggins: After the tow service jump started our Sienna, the guy told us our alternator was the problem, so I took it to Carlton Auto Repair. Carlton charged the battery all day, tested the alternator, and reported that it was all good. The vehicle just needs to be driven more regularly. They easily could have replaced the alternator, charged me a bunch, and I would have been none the wiser. Ive always had a good experience with this shop. Highly recommend. If there isnt something that needs fixing, they will tell you so and not charge you. I know I am getting accurate information from their assessments and can rest easy knowing that the direction I choose to go with my repairs is based on the real needs of my vehicle.

I drove it there and they were able to work my car in even though I didnt have an appointment and had never been there before. The owners were so nice and thoroughly explained everything and even had the car done in only a few hours. Ill definitely be back for my next service. Highly recommended and reputable shop.
