These have included a complete new engine install, New 4wd Axle replacement, Brakes, and a Starter amongst other reg maintenance items such as AC Recharge and Oil changes on my Chevy Suburban Z71. The service was both Friendly, Understanding and Extremely Well priced. I will always return here as they really go the extra mile to make sure I am completely HAPPY. Besides the fact that they are a Local Neighborhood Business. Alyssa Hayden I’ve been taking our van to North Park Auto for years, and I’ve always appreciated their work and reasonable prices. A word about their honesty: I had taken our van to get an oil change at a place that rhymes with Liffy Jube. Liffy Jube insisted my rear breaks needed to be changed immediately, and obviously offered to do them for me. I didn’t have time then (and generally don’t trust Liffy Jube for more than oil changes), and wanted to see what North Park quoted. I called North Park and their quote was comparable. After I dropped my car off at North Park, North Park called after looking at my van and said my breaks were fine, and didn’t need work after all, saving me hundreds in unnecessary maintenance. Needless to say, I’ll probably start taking my van to North Park for oil changes now too on principle.

Sara McGovern I had such a great experience here. They were very communicative and transparent, and really nice about answering all of my questions. The work on my car was done quickly and well, the car looks great, and everyone there was awesome. Cant recommend enough.

Rachel Waid Ed and his team are kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. There is no charge unless there’s work done. I often feel nervous since my car knowledge is lacking, but found this shop through a Chicago Girls’ Group, and definitely will bring my car back for any future needs!
