There was a slight issue to the inside of my truck after I picked up my vehicle. I called and the manager rectified the situation and apologized. The manager did not make excuses for the issue and instead recognized the area of improvement for future customers. We were able to come to a resolution. Frank Froman We had an accident in St. Louis one evening and called Peters. They sent a large tow truck early the next day and brought us and the car back to Quincy. They loaned me a car for a week, found that my car was too damaged to repair, and found a venue to sell it which we did. Their charges were totally reasonable for all they did, and their professionalism was excellent. They will have any future business ever needed.
