Originally I brought a 2012 Malibu in to have a timing chain replaced probably 6 months ago prices were awesome and job complete without any issues within one day. I had some transmission shift issues with a 2003 Silverado, fluid filter and trans cable were replaced and afterwards I had issues with RPMs issues ( later discovered not related to any work done) and after discussing my situation with management ,Tom strongly asked me to bring my truck back to inspect my situation further. It was discovered I had other issues with my throttle body (dirty) which was not related to any issues I had previous or work that was done, (as stated previously) and these guys found my issue and fixed it! They put me at top priority to check all work that was done! This team stands behind their work and always looks out for the customer to ensure that they have a good running vehicle! As a 53-year-old backyard mechanic my whole life the work that they do and the pride they have in their work is hard to find these days but I found one!!!! This is how I was raised and this team has the same values I grew up with so anyone needing work on your vehicles this should be your go-to mechanic I know its mine!

5 /5 Woody K: Crowes auto repair is the only place I take my cars and truck to get work done. Today, I took my F150 truck for water pump replacement and because it is an old truck, taking the old water pump out proved to be a much bigger job than originally anticipated but the work was done exceptionally well while honoring the original quote. I know no other repair shop that will do that. This is a truly honest repair job with excellent workmanship and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs auto repair done. Thank you, A. Jablway
