5 /5 Lauren Meyer: My car broke down due to a suspected alternator fail. Division Auto Clinic quoted me nearly half of what my dealership quoted me. Even though Milton was out of the shop that week, he was very responsive to my calls and texts. When I arrived to pick up my car, my battery light came on. Milton’s dad (I wasn’t able to get his name) was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience and said he would get it fixed right away. I am extremely grateful that Division Auto Clinic holds their work to a high standard for satisfied customers. I have found my new local mechanic!

I drive a lot for my job and my schedule is sporadic, so when I need work done, it’s often an unscheduled call to Milton to see if he can get me in, and without fail he always accommodates me. I don’t normally write reviews, but I’ve been coming here for a few years now and they’ve earned a review and my business going forward. 5 /5 Becky Grajeda: Division Auto Clinic is my neighborhood mechanic and it 1 million% lives up to that. The work is super high quality and very reasonable rates. Milton is very friendly and accommodating. When I had a flat tire last November, he saw that the rest of my tires needed to be replaced before the first big snow. I couldnt afford four new tires, so he offered and basically insisted on replacing all four right away and let me pay in installments. If I need to drop my car off or pick it up after the shop is closed, I can use the lock box to get my car out of the lot or they leave my keys in the lock box and park the car in a spot on Washtenaw. I feel very lucky to have found such a fantastic, thoughtful, and affordable mechanic within walking distance from my apartment. Thank you Milton and all!

5 /5 Alex Cookman: I recently started taking my vehicle to Division Auto Clinic but its already clear to me that Milton is an honest and straightforward guy. I say this based on my own personal experience and how I see him treating other customers. Hes obviously very knowledgeable but still takes the time to explain whats going on with your vehicle in laymans terms. Hell work with you to find the most cost effective solution for your problem. If he makes a recommendation for work, you can trust its something you actually need. Simply put, Division Auto Clinic will treat you like they want you as a repeat customer. Im very glad to have a shop like this in my neighborhood.

5 /5 Cory Patton: A trustworthy and quality mechanic is worth their weight in gold. This is hands down the best mechanic I have ever gone to. Milton is my go to guy whenever something goes wrong with my car. I have taken my car to him several times and they are always very quick with their turn around. Most importantly, Milton is one of the most honest and kind individuals I have ever met. He thoroughly explains what is going on with your car, so even if you do not understand cars well (I do not), you will understand the issue. He presents you every possible option of what can be done and is incredibly reasonable with the cost. I could not recommend Milton and Division Auto Clinic enough. My brother has also taken his car there several times and was thoroughly impressed. If you are having any issues with your car whatsoever, this is the place to go to. No hesitation. They are also a small, family owned business, which I always love to support!
