2 /5 Vlad: Yes place will know how to service your vehicle properly they do it quite well however from my experience they tend to charge more than what they initially told me ! I was quoted 975$ to replace ac compressor for a new one! Two weeks later when I sent my spouse in to drop the car off to do the work on the car I expected the same amount what was quoted to me two weeks ago they presented my wife with a 1400$ bill. That’s when I had to remind the guy did you not quote me 975$ for this job like two weeks ago? He must’ve completely forgotten about that. I won’t be returning for sure ! They ended up reducing the bill down to 990$ I caught them cheating!

They offer a 12000 mile or 12 month whichever comes first on parts and labor performed. I would highly recommend frank autos.

1 /5 Boss Smith: Let me say this people can run their business how they see fit but it cost nothing to be nice, I called and asked the gentlemen if they had a website and his reply was “what kind of car do you have” I said I was actually trying to get in touch with the owner and before I gave my reason I was cut off and scolded by the gentleman saying “I have a masters in marketing and my father ran the merchandise mart so I don’t need a website better luck with your next call” I then looked at this 17 year old kid who wants to be a writer and wanted to do a piece on this automotive shop for her high school paper get discouraged to call the next place. Sir it cost nothing to be nice and if you wouldn’t listened for just a moment to what she had to say it would’ve been the appreciated.
