Margie and Spencer at Gerber were amazing! When I spoke to Spencer he told me not to worry. He called the tow truck, who gave me a ride to Gerber with my car. When I arrived Margie explained the process and said they would be in touch after accessing all the damage. During the repair process, Spencer would call and inform me of the process and what had to be done next. I NEVER had to call them for an update, Spencer always beat me to it. I licked my car up and I was like the accident never happened. Margie took car of one little issue that was due to an insurance approval. She got it taken care of immediately. The team there is great!
