5 /5 Christa Logsdon: Ive had a few longer than normal waits in the past, but my most recent experience was nothing short of phenomenal. First, they got me in on a 1 day notice for an emergency tire repair, which I truly appreciated. The Hyundai dealer in Decatur couldnt even be bothered to return my call to try and book an appointment, and theyve never even made an attempt to try and accommodate me, because I didnt "buy" directly from them, which only assures I never will. Green service is fantastic. My assistant, Don, was super nice, professional, and helpful. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Hes by far, the best associate Ive dealt with in the service department, though theyve all been great.
