Kelly Marie My car broke down on the Chicago freeway and was towed to this location. The owner was supper understanding and helpful. I’m from out of town so this guy is making calls to see if he can find me a good deal to get my car towed home. I ended up having a family member help me out but if I lived in Chicago this is definitely where I would go.

Leon Tarpinian The guys at Nortown did another excellent job repairing my car for me. The price was very fair and it was done very quickly and in just one day. Highly exceptional mechanics that work on your car and really care. I highly recommend them and you should definitely see them for any automotive repair. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Ben Smith I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced, as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Service was excellent and fast; job was completed in less than 3 hours. The price was right- labor was half of what I was quoted at another mechanic shop, and tire rotation was done free of charge!

I’ve never been to this shop before but I have experienced first hand the quality of work and excellent price that they have to offer. I highly recommend. Staff and mechanics are very friendly.

Grace Francisco and his team were amazing. They did a great job fixing my tire (even fixed the passenger side bearing for free) and gave me a wash for free also. Francisco did his best to give me his best price and offered me a discount off my next service. They worked promptly to get me back on the road. I definitely recommend.

Mersadie Murray I had the best experience here with Orlando. I dropped my car off at noon on Saturday and had it back by noon on Sunday. When I dropped it off, Orlando took it for a test drive with me so I could point out the noise I was hearing. Then he showed me with a camera device exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain everything and give me a super reasonable quote. He also sent pictures of all the bad parts and good parts and explained why my brakes ran down faster than usual. The new brakes he installed are under warranty and I’m very happy with the work. Orlando is also a great guy with a good sense of humor.
