5 /5 Mike Kappel: The service staff and technicians at Martins Auto Service were very professional, knowledgeable and did excellent work on my truck. They use the latest tech, give highly detailed reports, offer a loaner vehicle and overall have a great shop with an excellent, polite and courteous demeanor. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone around Southern Illinois and I will certainly be taking my vehicle there again for future services. They are an excellent shop and take pride in their work. Ive worked at and been to many shops in various states and I was extremely impressed by everyone there.

5 /5 Miguel Gonzalez: Great shop! I work on my own cars and I only take it to shops I trust. Martins Auto are so professional and treat your car like theirs. They go through every part of the car. Most people might not appreciate this, but it is a great reflection of this shops attention to detail. I personally some times only fix the problem, but this shop strives for excellence. That sometimes means to do the job right, you need to take care of All the aspects of the system. Thank you for taking good care of my Family!

5 /5 Malcolm Brooks: Hands down the best service Ive received when it came to my car being. My husband and I ran into an issue with my car sputtering while on a road trip and took it to a dealer and they told me I needed a new catalytic converter. The service advisor Gerald insisted he believed it was something different and encouraged me to bring it to their shop at Martins. Not only did they find the real issue, but broke down the issue in with the most detail but also in a way I can understand. Please if youre just stopping by or live in the area, theres truly no other place to go but here.

5 /5 George JoneZ: I would use the term “top notch” when referring to Martin’s but that would almost be an insult because these guys make “top notch” look like a 2 star review! I wish there were more stars cuz I’d mark them all! Martin’s communication, service, and quality of work is unmatched! They inspect everything and push nothing, unless it is an urgent repair that, if left unaddressed, would put you or others at risk of injury. Honest, Trustworthy, Professional professionals!
