5 /5 Traveling Nana: My travel trailer got hit on I55 and was not driveable any long distance due to a bent axle. I found this place on Google, and it was only 7 miles from where I was on the hwy. I called them while waiting on the tow and explained what had happened. They said they do work on rvs and travel trailers, so they were certain they would be able to help. I just needed to get there. Once I there they had paperwork for me to fill out. As it turns out, they work with both mine and the other drivers insurance company, so they were not worried about that part.
They were so nice and understanding. I was on the verge of a meltdown and they made me feel ok about having to leave my baby there and go back home. (3 hours away) I was on my way to my winter hiatus! I have to say so far, so good with them. I will do an update once all the insurance stuff and the work are done.
UPDATE!
I picked up my trailer today. There was a slight hiccup but they didnt hesitate to correct the issue. Everything was fix and I was able to start my trip again. The secretary is such a sweetheart! Could not have met a nicer and compassionate person. She had all my paperwork done and waiting for me. They even helped me to hook up the trailer to my truck in the freezing cold! Everyone here is amazing! They really took care of me. They have the expertise dealing with the insurance companies and it just made everything run smoothly. The longest thing I had to wait for was the parts. I would definitely recommend them. They did a great job.
