5 /5 Bradley Cameron: Just had our routine oil changed, and Jose was incredibly helpful—he gave me a thorough run-down of all the repairs my car needed (with a point-by-point analysis with pictures!) without being pushy or manipulative. He was even able to help me prioritize which repairs were "urgent" and which were less so. Highly recommend for your daily tune-ups and diagnostics!

5 /5 Onasis Strz: I honestly thought this was just another oil shop but they proved me wrong. They didnt talk to me like I was an idiot! Had pics of problem issues. And was willing to work with me and prioritize repairs. Everything is always done in a timely manner. The young guy up front, Jose, was amazing. The older gentleman seemed irritated and pushing a sale, missed his name. They even helped me when I got into an accident and had to prove repairs to my insurance company. Every part was on file including payments. I appreciate all the help! Using them all they time and will spread the word.

5 /5 Zubin Shroff: Love the people at Merlin. I found them over 5 years ago and they do a great job diagnosing issues and recommending preventative maintenance. They actually take you to the vehicle to show you the concerning areas for yourself and also provide detailed pictures. They leave the decision up to the customer but you have all the facts related to any issues. Its an actual repair shop you can trust

5 /5 Martin’s Loche: Came by for an oil change and brake service. Had a good experience. The manager jose was very informative. I like the inspection reports they sent me, very detailed, with pictures included for some items. Will definitely come back.
