I dropped the car off in the morning and, even though they had to order a part, still had it done by the end of the day. The entire staff was friendly and honest. Ill be taking my business here from now in because I had a great experience.

My fiancé and I were traveling from Fargo, ND to West Plains, MO and stopped in Quincy for the night and ran into car trouble. We hit a big bump and it looked like the car was leaking oil. Being 10 hours from home and 6 hours from our destination, we were a nervous wreck thinking we would be stuck in Quincy on the first night of our 7 day trip with not many options. Niehaus was the only shop out of many that we called that offered to get it up on a lift to take a look at any potential damage. We were also nervous that it would be a very expensive (and time consuming) fix, and thankfully there was minimal damage and we were able to get on the road the same day. The mechanic and the two ladies sitting at the desk were sincere and so friendly. They didnt charge us an arm and a leg and didnt take advantage of our vulnerable situation. They wished us well and sent us on our way. We are so thankful for their kindness and willingness to help us out last minute with our rotten situation. THANK YOU!
