We got stuck in Quincy on Memorial Day weekend at 2:00 on a Friday with a brokeb strut pulling a trailer trying to move my daughter into her new apartment in Minisota. We called Erich desperate and he fixed our car within an hour at a very reasonable price! Great group of people who work hard and care about what they do.

Matthew Kopp Best experience Ive ever had with a auto shop by far. Was 100° out and we were traveling south with 2 dogs in the car and our AC quit , I called the shop while we were across the street grabbing lunch and he said bring it on over! Such short notice, they got us in immediately and back on the road very quickly. They even let us bring our dogs inside to cool off in the AC while they fixed our vehicles AC! Couldnt ask for better service.

Erik C Top notch! My truck received damage to the back driver side door, and the side frame. The quality of work is fantastic. But what makes this a 5-star review is the customer service. There was a slight issue to the inside of my truck after I picked up my vehicle. I called and the manager rectified the situation and apologized. The manager did not make excuses for the issue and instead recognized the area of improvement for future customers. We were able to come to a resolution. This one encounter will now make me a forever customer of the Bump Shop! Quality work plus great customer service, great work guys! Attached are before and after photos
