Андрій Ціцяла I recently contacted these guys with issues such as car vibration and a non-working air conditioner. They quickly inspected my car and gave me an estimate for the repair. They also replaced my brake kit under warranty and didnt charge me a single dollar. They explained everything clearly to me. They are very pleasant to talk to and love their customers. Thank you!! Grace Francisco and his team were amazing. They did a great job fixing my tire (even fixed the passenger side bearing for free) and gave me a wash for free also. Francisco did his best to give me his best price and offered me a discount off my next service. They worked promptly to get me back on the road. I definitely recommend.

Gabrielle Musacchio As a first time customer, I was impressed with the swiftness and ease of scheduling services, follow-up with work analysis, pricing, and timeliness of work! It is not often places are extremely efficient, honest, and reasonable, (and do good work!). The customer service was fantastic; Charlie and George were not only kind and personable, but also very knowledgeable. Charlie was great at walking through service analysis, pricing, as well as triage for urgent concerns. Given the work needed, prices were reasonable and completed same day! I will definitely return to this auto shop for any additional services and recommend this place, especially if you work with Charlie or George!

Quick and Fair Auto Repair
Nathan Sheets My family and I were traveling through Chicago to meet friends on the Northside when our minivan began to overheat. We quickly found Quick and Fair, and pulled in. Deia quickly greeted us, diagnosed the issue and began the repair (which was simple, thankfully). Even though he/they were swamped, he took time to be careful with our vehicle (which was wonderful given our two small children were in the car, and it was one of the hottest days of the year). We were back on the road within an hour and he only charged for an hour of labor. We were extremely grateful. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood, and will tell friends at the U. of Chicago to seek them out as well. Thank you!

VMB Automotive Repair Team
Leyla A Who ever works for the City walking around giving disabled Veterans tickets for having their front license plate on full display on the dash board but not officially screwed in to the front bumper.....VMB and I give you two thumbs up where the sun dont shine.........and ..........a fully mounted, brackets in place, affixed, perfectly centered and aligned front license plate! Thank you very much VMB for your assistance working with and treating a special needs customer with respect and for honoring a Veteran after this God forsaken City tried to bankrupt him with dumb $60 tickets that could have been avoided all along with two simple screws.
