Mersadie Murray I had the best experience here with Orlando. I dropped my car off at noon on Saturday and had it back by noon on Sunday. When I dropped it off, Orlando took it for a test drive with me so I could point out the noise I was hearing. Then he showed me with a camera device exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain everything and give me a super reasonable quote. He also sent pictures of all the bad parts and good parts and explained why my brakes ran down faster than usual. The new brakes he installed are under warranty and I’m very happy with the work. Orlando is also a great guy with a good sense of humor.

Ben Smith I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced, as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Service was excellent and fast; job was completed in less than 3 hours. The price was right- labor was half of what I was quoted at another mechanic shop, and tire rotation was done free of charge!

Zach Day Eliot’s was great to work with - timely and fairly priced. I typically do all my own work on my car and brought the right parts with me for installation. Eliot’s team did the labor and installed everything to get me back up and running!

Alyssa Hayden I’ve been taking our van to North Park Auto for years, and I’ve always appreciated their work and reasonable prices. A word about their honesty: I had taken our van to get an oil change at a place that rhymes with Liffy Jube. Liffy Jube insisted my rear breaks needed to be changed immediately, and obviously offered to do them for me. I didn’t have time then (and generally don’t trust Liffy Jube for more than oil changes), and wanted to see what North Park quoted. I called North Park and their quote was comparable. After I dropped my car off at North Park, North Park called after looking at my van and said my breaks were fine, and didn’t need work after all, saving me hundreds in unnecessary maintenance. Needless to say, I’ll probably start taking my van to North Park for oil changes now too on principle.

Kai Summers Called on Friday at 2pm for a fuel pump issue had me back on the road by Saturday 2pm. He connected me with a tow truck that had the lowest rates around. Also gave me the best price on repairs as well as getting me in and completed faster than any other mechanic I called. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Great work. Great customer service. Great prices.

Leyla A Who ever works for the City walking around giving disabled Veterans tickets for having their front license plate on full display on the dash board but not officially screwed in to the front bumper.....VMB and I give you two thumbs up where the sun dont shine.........and ..........a fully mounted, brackets in place, affixed, perfectly centered and aligned front license plate! Thank you very much VMB for your assistance working with and treating a special needs customer with respect and for honoring a Veteran after this God forsaken City tried to bankrupt him with dumb $60 tickets that could have been avoided all along with two simple screws. Fords are FordEver.

Nathan Sheets My family and I were traveling through Chicago to meet friends on the Northside when our minivan began to overheat. We quickly found Quick and Fair, and pulled in. Deia quickly greeted us, diagnosed the issue and began the repair (which was simple, thankfully). Even though he/they were swamped, he took time to be careful with our vehicle (which was wonderful given our two small children were in the car, and it was one of the hottest days of the year). We were back on the road within an hour and he only charged for an hour of labor. We were extremely grateful. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood, and will tell friends at the U. of Chicago to seek them out as well. Thank you!

Nick Lapsa My Mustang was involved in an accident where it got hit on the quarter panel. Since I took so long to find a shop to get the repairs done my drive shaft broke on me and the car wasnt able to be driven. A buddy of mine suggested me going to take it to 22 auto repairs to get the damages taken care of. I got my Mustang towed over there and was greeted by Jason, he explained to me the process of how the repairs are gonna go as well as getting the estimate done with my insurance as far as the accident, and then the drive shaft he gave me a price to repair that as well which was paid out of pocket. He got the estimate within the next day and was already able to begin working on my car, he kept me updated with what was being taken care of and giving me the closest amount of time it was going to take to get the job done. They got it done super quick, I also had some scratches on the front panel(no before pictures) but they were able to take care of that as well for me at an additional charge. Overall they made it look like nothing ever happened to the car, and a new drive shaft was put in making the car drive smooth as if it was brand new, great service, great communication, great work, and just about perfect as can be. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone getting any mechanical or body work done to there car!!-Nicolas Lapsa
