5 /5 Nathan Sheets: My family and I were traveling through Chicago to meet friends on the Northside when our minivan began to overheat. We quickly found Quick and Fair, and pulled in. Deia quickly greeted us, diagnosed the issue and began the repair (which was simple, thankfully). Even though he/they were swamped, he took time to be careful with our vehicle (which was wonderful given our two small children were in the car, and it was one of the hottest days of the year). We were back on the road within an hour and he only charged for an hour of labor. We were extremely grateful. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood, and will tell friends at the U. of Chicago to seek them out as well. Thank you!
