I was initially in the market for a new set of rims and tires for my 2016 BMW X3 and was referred to Rauch Auto by a trusted source to assist me. Being a novice myself when it comes to cars, they were able explain the various characteristics (brand, diameter, tread, etc.) of such and helped me stay within my budget. Their garage does not have a showroom for rims, so they directed me to a fantastic website to place my order. Once the order was complete, which came directly to their shop, their installation was timely and without issue. I have since been back for various other maintenance related issues such as an oil change, breaks, new grill installation and will keep coming back as needed. I can now say I have a “car guy” I can trust for the first time in my life. Thanks Bob and Margaret!

5 /5 Jay Green: Bob Rauch is a very knowledgeable BMW mechanic. He has worked on 3 of my cars over last 6 years, (E39, F31, G30). He works on other German makes as well. Originally came to him for tire replacement and found that he was really helpful with all of my cars, including the G30 will still under warranty. Margaret manages Bob and pretty much all other aspects of the business.
